Rewarded by each stage of glass work, Nina Kim MacKenzie celebrates the fragility of the glass, the hazards of high temperature firing and the precision critical at each stage. It is the arrested fluidity of glass that inspires her work. Nina is a licensed Architect and has built projects totaling over $30 million. With degrees from UC Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), she marries technical skill with a wide-ranging curiosity in all design opportunities.
